What are your shipping options?
I currently ship within Canada and the United States. I offer two options, untracked and tracked shipping. The cost of shipping takes into account the cost of the service via Canada Post and USPS, plus a small amount for packaging materials. If you live outside of Canada and the US and are interested in anything you see, please drop me a message on my contact page - if there is enough interest, I will endeavour to make international shipping a thing!
Where do you get your stickers made?
Most of my stickers are made through StickerApp. They have high-quality products and from my experience can offer me, and thus you, the greatest prices while also offering a lot of cool products like holographic stickers and glitter stickers, my personal favourite :). Where the stickers are made elsewhere, I have noted in the product description.
Do you do any custom work or commissions?
At present, I do not have commissions open. However, I am considering opening some slots for pet portraits and would love to gauge the interest - if you are interested, I would love to hear from you, either here (contact page) or on my Instagram @zenandgigglesart. I would be open to traditional media or digital :).
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products I sell, I am unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with an order, please drop me a line at my contact page and I will do everything in my power to correct whatever is wrong!
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within two business days.
